Summary of the eighteenth meeting
The 18th Nordic Health Promotion Research Network meeting was held the 10th and 11th of December 2015 at WHO, Copenhagen.
The meeting had a main theme of Health Literacy. The first day Dr. Leena Paakkari from the University of Jyväskylä, Finland, gave a presentation with the title “Ethical issues in developing Health literacy in a school context”. Thereafter, Dr. Per Tillgren, Dr. Ewy Olander and Dr. Karin Ringsberg highlightened main topics of the 3rd European Health Literacy conference in Brussels and emphasized Health literacy aspects related to the NHPRN working groups. These aspects were reflected more in-depth in each working group at the first day. The second day the participants were engaged in work related to their working groups
